WHAT DO WE DO?

Taekwon-Do is the main martial art that we teach at our classes, which translates as 'The scientific use of the body in the method of self defence. A body that has gained the ultimate use of it's facilities through intensive physical and mental training.' However, we also include the following during our classes:

Fitness training

Dodgeball

Weapons training including Bo staff and Nunchaku

Sparring

Tournament training

Board Breaking

Pad drills

1-2-1 SESSIONS

1-2-1 sessions are a great way to gain extra knowledge that it impossible to teach in a group session. Students are guaranteed to come away feeling like they have learnt something new, while also feeling like they have gained knowledge on techniques already learnt. 1-2-1 sessions can either be taught at home or in a local hall if available. Prices vary depending on hall costs/travel etc.
