Black Belt Promotions

A spirit test on 4th May marked the beginning of the black belt grading process for Summer, Issac, Naomi, Alfie and Chris.
They completed their spirit test on Hod Hill, showing that they were all determined enough to go ahead with their black belt grading.

And then after a pre-grading all five of the black belt candidates did their grading at Charlton Marshall on Sunday 19th May. They all worked very hard and did amazingly!

So on 28th June they all celebrated their success together at the presentation evening.
This was one of the only gradings with so many of the same grade, so was nice to see them grade together. 
The new 1st Degrees in SDMA are:

Miss Whittaker, Mr Fewins, Mrs Fewins, Mr Thorne and Mr Ryu!
