SDMA Black belt Spirit test

In order for black belt candidates to pass their gradings, they need to take part in a spirit test. This is a fitness test designed to push you hard and test your limits. To pass this test, all you have to do is complete it. Any students 1st Kup and above are welcome to attend.

We will be meeting in the Factory Shop car park at 9:30am.
