SNAP KICK CHALLENGE

THE RESULTS!

This year, students will take part in a snap kick challenge as part of their weekly training. When results are in, they will be posted here. There will be a few opportunities to take part so don't worry if you haven't beaten your previous score or haven't had a chance yet this year.

​

The rules: You have one minute (timed) to perform as many snap kicks on one leg as you can. right leg first, then left leg. You don't have to keep your leg in the air throughout but the kick has to be belt height. A pad will be held as a target but it doesn't necessarily have to hit it to count. You then add the two numbers together to get your total.
